River Rock Bar & Grill is located on 8 Bridge Street in Phoenix, NY along the banks of the Oswego Canal. Legend has it the building is home to one of the first liquor licenses issued in New York State following the repeal of Prohibition.

The completely restored interior maintains the original 100 yr-old tin ceiling, oak hardwoods, and of course, river rock walls. River Rock mixes the old with the new showcasing 7 large plasma televisions for all your sports viewing pleasure, free Wi-Fi, and a Touchtunes jukebox with access to over 300,000 songs.

Our menu offers typical pub fare such as black & tan battered onion rings, Yuengling-battered calamari, already famous half-pound burgers, and panini sandwiches named after the owner’s grandchildren. The menu was designed by the Anthony family in conjunction with their experienced chef. A hearty selection of domestic & craft beers compliment the menu nicely.

The renovated second floor houses a full private banquet facility for up to 60 guests with a separate full bar and bathrooms. The perfect place for your next gathering.

With a regular schedule of live music, sports-themed specials, and home-cooked Happy Hour munchies, there is something for everyone at River Rock.

If you are in the Phoenix area, whether it’s floating through Lock 1 on the canal, or cruising Main Street, make it a point to see and taste the newest bar & grill to hit the scene.
